Returns:

  • Eligibility for Return: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Return Process:

    • If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

    • Returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

    • Refund requests for defective or damaged items will be processed upon receiving proof of the issue (photos or videos).

  • Refund Process:

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    • If you are approved for a partial refund, it may be deducted based on the condition of the item or any restocking fees if applicable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you may return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and receive a full refund or replacement. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank or payment account first, as some refunds may take longer to appear due to processing times.
